My recent stay at Eagle View Guest House was a delightful experience that felt like a warm embrace after a long day of exploration in the Scottish Highlands. The cosy room was not just inviting-it was a haven, offering quality furnishings and thoughtful touches like an espresso machine in the shared living room for those late-night coffee cravings. The highlight, of course, was the breakfast! I savoured homemade waffles topped with fresh berries while exchanging travel tips with fellow guests at the beautiful communal table. The proprietor was incredibly welcoming, ensuring we felt right at home without being overbearing, which I truly appreciated. Located conveniently near the Highland Folk Museum and with excellent transport links, Eagle View offers a perfect base for anyone keen on exploring the charming village of Newtonmore. As an environmental scientist, I particularly valued the guesthouse's commitment to making visitors feel comfortable while respecting the unique charms of the surrounding area. I can't wait to return and enjoy more of that delicious breakfast!
